Traditional EB5 Investor Visa
It can be difficult to obtain a traditional EB5 (Employment Based 5) investor visa. The requirements for a traditional investor green card include:
- Investment of at least $1 million in a new or struggling business in the U.S. and hiring 10 people within two years of starting the business; or
- Investment of $500,000 in a new or struggling business in a targeted employment area (TEA) in which the unemployment rate is higher than the national average. You must hire 10 people within two years of starting the business.

Regional Center EB5 Investor Visa
